City Attorney

Responsibilities

• Represents the City of St. Robert in all courts of record in the State
• Prepares all ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other legal forms necessary for the operation of City Government
• Gives advice and counsel to the Mayor, Board and other officers of the City
• Prosecutes the violations of the City's ordinances before the Municipal Judge or before any Circuit Judge hearing violations of the City's ordinances
