The City of St. Robert animal shelter and animal control facility at the current time only houses dogs. The animal shelter building is made completely out of concrete which allows the animals to be cool during the hot summer months and is heated for the winter months. The building houses nine cages and is maintained by our animal control officer who cleans the cages and feeds the dogs on a daily basis.

The City of St. Robert strives to successfully find homes for these unfortunate animals. Please do your part by keeping your pets spade or neutered and if you currently do not own a pet, consider making one of these loving dogs a part of your family.

The City of St. Robert Animal Shelter currently has dogs available for adoption. These dogs are all good natured dogs and are looking for a good home. The fee to register the animal with a city license is $4.00 per dog. If you or some one you know is interested in adopting, please call us at 451-2000 x 1144 to schedule an appointment to see the dogs.

Please contact us if you have any information that would help us find the original owners. These animals only have a short time they will be available so please help us find a home for these animals as soon as possible. Animal Control Ordinance
