Bids are due April 13, 2018 by 1 pm. Bids are to be turned into City Hall. Envelopes are to be sealed and marked with Surplus Property Bid on the outside. Your bid sheet needs to state clearly the piece of equipment your bidding on, the amount you are bidding and a daytime phone number. Bids are to be sent to the City Administrator. All equipment must be picked up within 7 days of bid opening. The City of St Robert reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
