Located at 220 Marshall Drive, St. Robert, Missouri 65584, Carnivores Steakhouse has quickly become a premier dining destination in our community. Originally opened on January 15, 2020, the restaurant entered a new chapter when Eloy Garcia, CEO and Owner, purchased the business on April 11, 2023. Since that time, he has reimagined and elevated the concept into a full-service steakhouse built on premium quality and high standards.
Eloy Garcia is an Army Master Instructor and entrepreneur who blends military discipline with bold culinary vision. His leadership style reflects a commitment to excellence, resilience, and community. Under his direction, Carnivores Steakhouse has grown into a locally recognized destination known for premium hand-cut steaks, bold American flavors, and a warrior-inspired atmosphere. It is more than just a restaurant. It is an experience built on pride and purpose.
Garcia shifted the business's focus from primarily drinks to a full steakhouse experience. Drawing from his leadership background, he reshaped the brand around quality ingredients, serious flavor, and a dining standard the community could stand behind. His goal was simple but ambitious: create a place where families, service members, veterans, and residents alike can gather and enjoy an exceptional meal in an environment built on respect and high expectations.

The restaurant’s hours are as follows:
Monday and Tuesday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Friday: 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
