The City of St. Robert has been notified by project officials that blasting operations associated with the ongoing I-44 Exit 159 construction project are scheduled to resume on the following dates:
Thursday, May 7
Friday, May 8
Monday, May 11
Tuesday, May 12
Blasting operations are expected to occur around 9:00 a.m. each day, following the same schedule previously used during this phase of the project.
Project officials advised that recent weather conditions created some uncertainty in scheduling and apologized for the short notice regarding the resumption of blasting activities. The City of St. Robert also apologizes for the delayed notification to residents, as this information was only recently provided to us.
Residents in the area may experience loud noises and temporary traffic impacts during blasting operations. Motorists are encouraged to use caution in the area and follow all posted traffic control measures.
