Robert Bryan

The City of St. Robert is proud to recognize Robert Bryan as the June 2026 Employee of the Month.

Robert has been a dedicated member of the Transfer Station and Waste Collection team for the past three years. Originally joining the department as a laborer, he has continually expanded his skills and responsibilities through hard work, determination, and a commitment to serving the community.

During his time with the City, Robert has supported residential waste collection routes, curbside recycling operations, and daily operations at the Transfer Station. He also earned his CDL Class A license, allowing him to operate waste collection trucks, roll-off trucks, and assist with hauling trailers to the landfill.

Robert was nominated and selected by his coworkers, which speaks volumes about the respect and appreciation he has earned from those who work alongside him every day. His team describes him as dependable, hardworking, and always willing to step up wherever needed.

Waste collection is one of the toughest and most physically demanding jobs in city operations. Our sanitation crews work through the heat of summer, freezing winter temperatures, rain, snow, and ice to ensure services continue for our residents. Long before many people begin their day, these employees are already hard at work helping keep St. Robert clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Robert represents the very best of that dedication. Whether helping on routes, operating equipment, supporting recycling operations, or assisting the team wherever needed, he consistently approaches his work with pride and a positive attitude.

The City of St. Robert is grateful for Robert’s commitment, teamwork, and service to our community. Congratulations, Robert, on this well deserved recognition.
