The City of St. Robert is proud to recognize Larry Doba as the July 2026 Employee of the Month.

Larry serves as a Building Inspector within the Public Works Department and has been a valued member of the City team for seven years. Since joining the City in 2018, Larry has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Larry began his career with the City as an Inflow and Infiltration Technician in the Wastewater Department, where he quickly earned his Class D Wastewater Certification through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. In 2019, he transferred to the Building Department, where he continues to serve as a Building Inspector.

What makes Larry especially unique is the wealth of experience he brings to the City. Before joining St. Robert and continuing throughout his employment with the City, Larry successfully operated his own plumbing business for more than 45 years. He is also a state-certified installer for conventional and advanced sewer systems and has spent the past 20 years as a certified home inspector.

Beyond his impressive credentials, Larry is known for his willingness to lend a hand. Whether assisting fellow employees with a project, providing guidance on plumbing-related issues, or helping residents navigate the permitting and inspection process, Larry consistently goes above and beyond to serve others.

His knowledge, experience, and dependable attitude make him an invaluable resource for both the City and the residents we serve. Larry's commitment to excellence and public service continues to make a positive impact throughout the community.
