The City of St. Robert is proud to recognize Lieutenant Jason Church as the August 2026 Employee of the Month.

Lieutenant Church serves with St. Robert Fire & Rescue and has dedicated more than 25 years to the fire service. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to protecting the citizens of St. Robert.

Known for his calm demeanor and steady leadership, Lieutenant Church brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and operational experience to every emergency response, training exercise, and daily operation. His experience has made him a trusted leader within the department and someone his fellow firefighters can always depend on.

Lieutenant Church is also highly skilled in technical rope rescue operations and has become one of the department's primary resources for specialized rescue training and emergency response. His ability to apply advanced rescue techniques while maintaining firefighter safety reflects his dedication to excellence and his commitment to protecting both his fellow firefighters and the public.

Beyond his technical expertise, Lieutenant Church is respected for his willingness to mentor younger firefighters and officers. He leads by example every day, promoting teamwork, accountability, and pride throughout the organization. His positive attitude and commitment to developing others have helped strengthen the department for years to come.
