I'm pleased to share some positive news with our residents. As St. Robert continues to grow and welcome new homes, businesses, and investment, the City remains committed to responsible financial stewardship.

The City of St. Robert will hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed 2026 general revenue property tax rate on:

The proposed property tax rate for 2026 is $0.3230 per $100 of assessed valuation, a slight adjustment from last year's rate of $0.3222 per $100. This proposed rate is calculated in accordance with Missouri law and supports the essential services our residents depend on while maintaining responsible fiscal management.

2025 Assessed Valuation: $132,239,029
2026 Assessed Valuation: $137,096,135
2025 Tax Rate: $0.3222 per $100 of assessed valuation
Proposed 2026 Tax Rate: $0.3230 per $100 of assessed valuation
